We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical building services systems including:Power distribution Lighting and lighting control systems Small power installations Emergency power systems UPS and generator systems Earthing and lightning protection systems Fire detection and alarm systems ICT and security systems Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and technical drawings. Produce and review electrical designs in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary project teams including mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. Attend client, design, and site meetings. Conduct site inspections and oversee installation quality. Manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or BEng/BSc Electrical Engineering. Minimum 35 years' experience in building services consulting engineering. Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, Relux, or similar. Strong knowledge of electrical building services standards and regulations. Experience with LV distribution, lighting design, backup power systems, and building services coordination. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Valid driver's licence.
