Overview ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is a fast-growing global BPO, partnering with a US-based client. We are urgently seeking a young, positive, and energetic 180-Degree Recruiter to join our team. This is a high-volume candidate-facing role , focused on sourcing, screening, and booking interviews for top talent. You will be responsible for screening approximately 300+ CVs per week and conducting back-to-back candidate interviews, ensuring that only the best matches progress to the client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured recruitment environment , has excellent communication skills, and loves working with people. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM - 01:00 AM South African time - subject to daylight savings) Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA) Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered Work Environment: Fully remote Job Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to identify high-quality candidates Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and back-to-back interviews to match talent to client requirements Candidate Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process Database Management: Keep candidate information accurate and organized in internal systems Job Advertising: Write and post compelling job ads to attract suitable candidates Collaboration: Work closely with 360-degree recruiters or account managers to ensure alignment with client needs Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to identify and engage with in-demand talent Requirements Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume roles Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills High energy and a positive, professional attitude If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
