Global Sales and Product Training Manager Location: Rosebank Contract: Permanent Responsibilities Manage global training across 24 countries for products, sales techniques and soft skills from start to finish for new and existing employees. Conceptualize content and break it into easy-to-understand training programs. Implement training programs and monitor performance through assessments created by your team (tests, case studies, etc.). Report on progress of each market and areas needing improvement. Understand different market nuances and dynamics to incorporate them into region‑specific training. Collaborate with sales and product teams to build new training and consistently improve and update existing training. Work with sales managers to identify struggling sales consultants and prioritise product training areas. Ensure content is delivered properly at a global level in an engaging way. Liaise with country managers to assess training needs. Qualifications 5+ years of previous Training Manager experience. Experience developing training material. Strong analytical and communication skills. Innovative and creative; ability to create solutions from limited resources. Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
