Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive NOC Technician to monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced operations environment. Minimum requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in NOC / IT Support Knowledge of monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) Willingness to work shifts (including nights/weekends) Key Responsibilities: Monitor networks, servers, and applications Respond to alerts and performance issues Identify outages and escalate incidents Maintain logs and update ticketing systems Perform routine system checks and diagnostics Generate reports on system performance Advantageous: CompTIA Network+ Cisco CCNA Azure Certification ITIL Foundation #J-18808-Ljbffr
