Intermediate Recruiter-SA (One with Portuguese Speaking) We are seeking an Intermediate Recruiter to support our talent acquisition activities in South Africa and Portuguese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source high-quality candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders across Portuguese-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Engage with candidates in Portuguese and English when recruiting for Portuguese-speaking markets. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and hiring success rates. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or corporate recruitment. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools. Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience recruiting for IT, technical, or specialized roles. Experience recruiting across African or international markets. HR or recruitment certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage. Experience working in staffing agencies or multinational environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
