Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing models and cost allocation frameworks Analyse and report on cost variances, providing insights and recommendations to management Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate cost projections Monitor and control inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management Prepare detailed cost and margin reports to support strategic and operational decision‑making Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies Skills & Experience Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a cost accounting or similar role Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly beneficial Working knowledge of Syspro is advantageous Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Effective communication skills with the ability to engage across departments Qualification BCom in Accounting or a related field CIMA qualification (or in progress) is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
