Main Purpose of the Position Training Program to train 4 interns to become Sage X3 consultants and build a career in Sage X3 solutions. Consultants can either become Sage X3 Financial or Sage X3 Developers as a specialization. Sage X3 consultants are responsible for implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP solutions and supporting solutions. Training and advising customers on the correct business and system functionality. Designing and developing solutions that is fit for business requirements in the Sage X3 solution. Financial consultants focus on the functional aspect and core financial business function. Developers focus on delivering custom solutions in the Sage X3 environment. Main Duties Complete internship and become Sage X3 Junior consultants. Support customers in Sage X3 ERP solutions. Gain in-depth knowledge of Sage X3 and apply the knowledge to advise customers on best solutions and business practice. Become productive and effective consultants that can deliver on customer requirements, solve customer problems and advise on best method and business practices. Build in-depth financial business process knowledge and how this can be applied in the Sage X3 environment. Notes This is an internship program to develop the candidates in Sage X3 to become Sage X3 consultants. Strict requirement for formal financial/development qualification or strong experience in financial systems/processes.
