Job Description MasterStart is looking for a highly organised, digitally fluent Junior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution across content, SEO support, social scheduling, minor website updates, and marketing operations. This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently from day one in a fast-paced, tool-heavy environment. While there is room to grow within the role, we are specifically looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately across core marketing workflows. Key Responsibilities Marketing Project Support & Execution Support the execution of marketing projects and campaigns as defined by the Marketing Lead Translate strategic direction into structured, well-managed execution tasks Assist with coordinating timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across active marketing work streams Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned to brief Flag blockers, risks, or delays early and proactively Maintain organised documentation, trackers, and shared folders across projects This role is execution-focused. You will not be responsible for setting strategy, but for ensuring high-quality implementation across multiple marketing streams. Identify and contact relevant publications and platforms for backlink and editorial opportunities Track outreach, follow-ups, and responses in structured trackers Support relationship-building with media and partner platforms Blog Topic Research & Data Insights Source credible data points, insights, trends, and references for content and presentations Support blog topic ideation aligned to programme and campaign priorities Social Scheduling & Community Support Support community management check-ins and escalation of key messages Maintain a consistent posting cadence and clean content calendar AI Tool Support Use AI tools to assist with content drafts, variations, summaries, and workflow efficiency Maintain prompt templates and repeatable workflows Apply judgement to ensure outputs remain accurate and aligned to brand tone Minor Website Updates Update website copy and images (basic changes) QA pages for accuracy, broken links, and outdated information Coordinate with relevant team members for larger updates Marketing Admin & Tracking Maintain spreadsheets and trackers (outreach, content, reporting inputs, certificates, etc.) Support reporting preparation and data cleanliness Execute marketing operation tasks quickly and accurately Requirements Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or marketing execution role OR a recent graduate from a recognised marketing institution (e.g. Red & Yellow, AAA School of Advertising, Vega or similar) with practical training and exposure to marketing tools and workflows Strong digital confidence: comfortable with online tools, trackers, and marketing platforms Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without constant oversight Strong attention to detail (especially for repetitive accuracy-based tasks) Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily marketing execution Non-Negotiables Hybrid Must be able to hit the ground running Must be confident in a high-tech, tool-heavy environment Fast learner (in terms of the work and context, not basic tools) Proactive and reliable Calm, structured, and detail-driven Takes pride in clean execution Success in This Role Looks Like Social and content workflows run smoothly and consistently Outreach and backlink tracking is active and well-managed Website updates are handled quickly and correctly Admin tasks and trackers are accurate and up to date The marketing team has more time for strategy because execution is supported #J-18808-Ljbffr
