The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between production, machinery, and logistics functions. Requirements: National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent Relevant qualification in Packaging or Supply Chain Management Minimum 5 years supervisory experience Minimum 5 years extensive packaging experience in the grain milling industry Experience with automated packaging machines and robotics in a grain milling environment Valid drivers licence and own transport Computer Skills: Good computer literacy required Key Skills: Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure Problem-solving ability Strong prioritisation skills High attention to detail Results-driven mindset Operations coordination ability Structured and calm approach to challenges Key Responsibilities (KPIs): Manage ISO 22000 and HACCP compliance standards Plan preventative maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly) Manage daily, weekly, and monthly production and logistics planning Optimise packaging processes through effective use of staff and machinery Ensure packaging standards meet company and customer requirements Manage inventory of finished goods and packaging materials Achieve and maintain packaging production targets
