This role sits within a well-established and reputable organisation known for its strong financial discipline, professional standards, and commitment to operational excellence.Duties: Full function general ledger management and financial control Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Month-end and year-end closing processes, including journals and accruals Detailed balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Financial reporting to management and key stakeholders Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Maintenance of fixed asset registers and accounting records Assistance with audit preparation and external audit requirements Qualifications & Skills: BCom Accounting (required) Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (required) 25 years post-articles experience advantageous Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
