We are looking for a Senior Dealer Marketing Manager at OEM level to support the execution of dealer marketing initiatives across the network. This role is ideal for someone with automotive experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with dealer networks, marketing claims, and CI requirements. You’ll support team members while taking hands‑on responsibility for day-to-day dealer marketing support, claims administration, and brand compliance. The role includes responsibility for CRM enablement across the dealer network, ensuring effective campaign execution, lead management, and customer journey alignment. Key responsibilities Dealer Marketing Support Support the roll-out of national OEM campaigns to dealer level Act as a key support contact for dealer marketing queries Assist dealers with local market marketing execution and materials Build and maintain positive working relationships with dealer principals and dealer marketing teams Marketing Claims Administration Administer dealer marketing claims in line with OEM policies Receive, review, verify, and process marketing claims and supporting documentation Ensure claims comply with brand, campaign, and CI guidelines before approval Track claim budgets, approvals, and payments, and maintain accurate records Liaise with finance and external suppliers to support accurate processing Dealer CI & Brand Compliance Support the implementation and monitoring of dealer Corporate Identity (CI) standards Assist with reviewing dealer marketing materials, signage, and branding applications Support CI audits, dealer upgrades, and new dealer openings from a branding perspective Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all dealer touchpoints Dealer Naming & Signage Support Assist with dealer naming, signage, and CI claim processes Support the collection and validation of documentation for naming and signage submissions Maintain records of dealer naming conventions and approvals Internal Coordination Work closely with brand, digital, CRM, sales, and network development teams Support agency and supplier coordination when required Contribute to improving dealer marketing and claims processes CRM & Lead Management (Core Accountability) Own dealer CRM compliance, adoption, and performance at OEM level Ensure effective lead capture, routing, follow-up, and reporting across dealers Use CRM data and insights to improve lead quality, conversion, and customer experience Work closely with CRM, digital, sales, and agency partners to optimize dealer-level performance Work closely with brand, digital, CRM, sales, finance, and network development teams Minimum requirements (non-negotiable) Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3–8+ years’ experience in automotive marketing with strong OEM and dealer network exposure Senior-level experience managing dealer marketing, claims, CI compliance, and CRM performance Hands‑on CRM expertise, including lead management, reporting, and optimization Strong understanding of dealer operations, customer journeys, and retail environments Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capability Experience managing marketing and CI claims at OEM level Experience working with large national dealer networks What we offer A dynamic OEM automotive environment The opportunity to play a foundational role in bringing a new automotive brand to market nationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
