What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a Quality Engineer (QE) with a passion for technology to join a dynamic Cape Town team. You’ll help deliver community-first online platforms for education and enterprise clients. Work alongside 2 developers and fellow QEs, reporting to the QA Manager , and collaborate closely with the Projects Team . #TechTeam #QAheroes Your Mission Test and QA all changes – from new features to bug fixes and design updates. Troubleshoot service functionality and investigate issues. Provide clear, actionable QA notes with evidence of expected vs. actual behavior. Follow processes for implementation, testing, and handover. Track and update metrics for monthly KPIs. Update client requests in Monday.com regarding development progress and technical inquiries. You Are A logical, organized, and efficient team player . Skilled at communicating with internal stakeholders across different countries. Passionate about technology and software quality. Skills & Background Minimum 5 years in a Quality Engineering role . Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
