Role Overview We are hiring a mid-level Digital Campaign & Analytics Manager to take full ownership of: Meta Ads Google Ads Analytics & tracking Reporting This role replaces the outsourced technical function and requires someone who is: ✔ extremely accurate ✔ proactive ✔ analytical ✔ able to work independently You must be comfortable managing multiple accounts, ensuring zero overspend , correct tracking, and clear monthly insights. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Media Management Build, manage and optimise Meta Ads across multiple clients Create Google Ads Search, Performance Max and basic Shopping campaigns Monitor budgets daily with zero overspend Develop monthly performance reports with insights, not screenshots Present data clearly and make actionable recommendations Manage audiences, exclusions, remarketing lists and conversion objectives 2. Analytics, Tracking & Technical Setup Implement UTM structures for all campaigns and content Configure conversion events, pixels and custom tracking Build and maintain Google Tag Manager containers Maintain GA4 dashboards and event tracking Ensure accurate analytics setup for all platforms Conduct troubleshooting when tracking breaks Conduct basic SEO tasks: Keyword research Indexing submissions Search Console monitoring Assist with technical fixes in collaboration with dev teams Work with strategy & creative teams to ensure campaigns align with monthly plans Brief the content team on ad creative needs Liaise with clients when performance updates or approvals are needed Coordinate with website maintenance teams for tracking or landing page adjustments Support the internal team with performance insights for client meetings Skills & Experience Required 2–4 years’ experience in paid media, analytics or technical marketing Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience (not “course only”) Google Ads management (Search + PMax mandatory) Understanding of SEO fundamentals Familiar with Search Console, indexing and site diagnostics Comfortable managing multiple accounts independently A matric qualification and a university degree orrelevant qualification are non-negotiable. Recommended Certifications (Bonus but Strong Advantage) Google Ads Search Certification Google Analytics Certification Meta Media Buying or Meta Media Planning Certification SEO Fundamentals (HubSpot, Semrush, or Google) Personal Qualities Extremely detail-oriented Proactive and analytical.
