We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Contracts Coordinator to take ownership of end-to-end coordination across procurement, logistics, sales, and financial administration within a dynamic and high-volume operational environment. This is a critical role that sits at the heart of operations—ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, transporters, clients, and plant operations. Key Responsibilities Manage full contract lifecycle for procurement and sales Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and transport bookings Oversee sales orders, invoicing, and credit note processes Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous supply to operations Handle disputes, claims, and reconciliations Ensure accurate and timeous reporting across all operational areas Supervise and support operational and weighbridge staff Minimum Requirements Matric (essential) Relevant degree or strong, proven experience in a similar role 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG, agricultural commodities, or food production environments Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and contract management Advanced Excel and ERP system experience Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-driven mindset High levels of accountability and ownership Salary Negotiable based on skills and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
