Our client is seeking the services of an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Relevant payroll or HR qualification advantageous Minimum 3–5 years’ payroll administration experience Proficiency in Sage VIP Payroll is essential Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting Strong reconciliation and payroll compliance experience Good Excel skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage payroll queries Duties will include Processing weekly and monthly payroll for agents/brokers Preparing letters of appointment Capturing payroll information from Sage VIP into Pastel (via import) Preparing and submitting bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and IRP5 certificates Submitting UIF declarations Reconciling company benefits including Medical Aid, GAP cover, Group Life, and Disability Processing payments to third-party payroll creditors Reconciling monthly PAYE payable to SARS Calculating leave balances and leave liability Handling payroll-related queries The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple payroll cycles , while ensuring compliance with SARS and payroll legislation . #J-18808-Ljbffr
