Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entities Prepare monthly journals including accruals, provisions, and adjustments Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve variances Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs Assist in preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements Maintain fixed asset register including depreciation and reconciliations Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and reconcile VAT accounts Support audit processes and respond to audit queries Assist with budgeting and loading budgets into the accounting system Process and manage tenant-related financial transactions (where applicable) Support cash flow reporting and month-end close processes Assist with finance-related queries across the regional portfolio Minimum Requirements & Skills Bachelors degree in Accounting (essential) Minimum 5 years accounting experience Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience Strong month-end close experience VAT compliance and submission experience required IFRS exposure and financial statement preparation essential Fixed asset accounting experience advantageous Experience in multi-entity or portfolio environments beneficial Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) Ability to prepare journals, accruals, and month-end adjustments Strong analytical ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines ERP system experience advantageous Audit experience advantageous â Ideal Candidate A technically strong accountant with solid month-end accounting experience, capable of managing multiple entities, delivering accurate reporting, and operating effectively within a structured portfolio environment.
