Key Responsibilities Participate in a structured engineering development and training programme. Assist with production and maintenance engineering activities across plant operations. Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting on equipment and process performance. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues. Support engineering projects, including installations, upgrades, and commissioning. Learn and apply safety, quality, and environmental standards within operations. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Work closely with senior engineers, technicians, and production teams. Rotate through different departments to gain broad operational exposure. Minimum Requirements BEng/BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. No or limited post-graduate experience required (02 years preferred). Strong academic performance and willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving techniques. Basic knowledge of CAD, process systems, or industrial equipment will be advantageous. Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite). Valid drivers licence will be advantageous. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High learning agility and adaptability.
