What You’ll Be Doing Team Leadership & Performance Management You’ll lead and support a team of up to 5 Data Cleansers, creating a positive, accountable, and high‑performing environment. Supervising, mentoring, and motivating the team on a day‑to‑day basis Allocating workloads and prioritising tasks to meet business deadlines Providing coaching, guidance, and hands‑on support where needed Monitoring quality, productivity, and team performance metrics Conducting regular feedback sessions and performance reviews Supporting onboarding and training for new starters Data Quality & Operational Excellence You’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of business‑critical data. Reviewing and validating data cleansing outputs Ensuring work meets agreed quality standards and business rules Identifying recurring issues, trends, and root causes Escalating risks, errors, or system concerns proactively Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across data processes Reporting & Stakeholder Communication You’ll provide meaningful reporting and insights to operational leaders and stakeholders, helping drive informed decision‑making. Producing regular operational and management reports including:Data quality metrics Productivity and throughput Error rates and rework analysis Progress against targets and deadlines Providing clear commentary, insights, and recommendations Highlighting risks, dependencies, and capacity concerns Acting as the main operational point of contact for data cleansing activities Process, Governance & Compliance You’ll help ensure all data activities are carried out securely, consistently, and in line with best practices. Maintaining adherence to GDPR, confidentiality, and information security requirements Supporting audits, migrations, and transformation projects Maintaining documentation, procedures, and cleansing rules Promoting consistent and efficient ways of working across the team Requirements What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in data cleansing, data quality, or data operations Previous experience leading or supervising a small team Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy Advanced Excel skills or equivalent data handling experience Experience producing operational or management reports Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Desirable Experience Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database systems Basic SQL or data querying skills Knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks Experience within regulated or data‑sensitive industries Exposure to managing remote or offshore teams Benefits Why Join Us?
