Role Overview The Investment Data Integration and Reporting Specialist is responsible for the preparation, integration, reconciliation, and reporting of investment and asset-based data across regulatory, industry, management, and client reporting requirements. The role supports regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency through accurate reporting and effective financial data integration. Qualifications & Requirements BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience 5+ years’ experience in: Institutional client reporting Regulatory Investment Reporting and Financial data integration (Preferred) Asset management or financial services environments Technical Knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ASISA Holdings and Instrument formats advantageous Experience with data integration tools and data lake environments advantageous Understanding of SARB, FSCA, ASISA, and related regulatory reporting standards advantageous Duties and Responsibilities Financial Data Integration & Data Management Obtain monthly investment holdings data from financial institutions and external asset managers. Validate, standardise, and integrate holdings and instrument data into the organisation’s data platforms and data lake. Perform quality assurance checks and resolve data discrepancies. Maintain documentation relating to data integration and reporting processes. Participate in reporting automation, data management, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, IT, Data, and Operations teams Regulatory & Investment Reporting Prepare and submit regulatory, management, industry, and client reporting, including: SARB reporting (B003, B016, Foreign Transactions Surveys) FSCA AUM reporting NAMFISA and Lesotho regulatory reporting ASISA and Alexander Forbes industry reporting Schedule IB and Regulation 30 reporting AUM flash, fund flow, and partner reporting Prepare holdings files and support audit requirements relating to regulatory reporting. Perform reconciliations and analytical reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Maintain static data supporting AUM and administration calculations. Liaise with Compliance regarding instrument classifications and reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines and governance standards. Stakeholder & Client Management Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Respond to client and stakeholder queries accurately and within agreed service levels. Provide reporting and data-related insights and recommendations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
