Slinging of long material. Report and control of ore flow in the shaft ore pass system. Encourage a more engaged and proactive safety culture. Desired Experience & Qualifications 5 years experience as Onsetter/Banksman/Shaft Timberman. Onsetter certificate. Blasting certificate. First aid certificate. Medical certificate of fitness.
