Debtors Manager at Hire Resolve Durban 2026 – Apply Now Hire Resolve is looking for a Debtors Manager to oversee its KwaZulu‑Natal portfolio of student housing and property assets. The role is permanent and based in Durban, KZN. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional debt recovery strategies to ensure cash is collected on time. Manage the full credit‑control lifecycle, including arrears handling and legal escalations. Oversee leasing processes to keep all KZN properties fully let at approved rental levels. Coordinate university funding (NSFAS, bursaries) and ensure billing aligns with payment cycles. Support accreditation processes for regional buildings, meeting health, safety and university standards. Lead and mentor the regional debtors and leasing teams, conducting performance reviews. Monitor market trends, funding policy changes and academic calendars to advise senior management on cash‑flow risks. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in debtors or credit management, preferably in property or student accommodation. Proven supervisory or managerial experience. Strong knowledge of NSFAS and other bursary funding models is an advantage. Proficiency with property‑management software and advanced MS Excel. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with universities, funders and tenants. Based in KwaZulu‑Natal and willing to travel within the region.
