Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of client files, treatment plans, session notes, and supervision documentation to ensure compliance with clinical, payer, and regulatory standards Monitor adherence to BACB, state, and insurance documentation requirements Review behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment plans for accuracy, completeness, and quality Identify documentation gaps, compliance risks, and operational inefficiencies Provide structured feedback to BCBAs and RBTs to improve documentation quality Track authorizations, reauthorizations, and payer compliance standards Develop and maintain QA checklists, auditing tools, and internal compliance systems Prepare QA reports and present findings to leadershipSupport corrective action plans and process improvement initiatives Assist with maintaining HIPAA compliance and internal policy adherence Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Healthcare Administration, or related field BCBA certification preferred (or strong ABA clinical knowledge) Minimum 2 years experience in an ABA setting Strong understanding of ABA documentation standards and insurance requirements Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., CentralReach or similar platforms) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
