Your mission is to leverage (LLMs), predictive analytics, and automated content workflows to scale our reach while maintaining a deeply human brand voice. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Implementation: Design and deploy an AI-first marketing roadmap, using advanced Google AI marketing tools and integrated into our daily workflows. Hyper-Personalization at Scale: Develop AI-driven customer segments and automated messaging journeys, tailored for our distributor, installer, and end-user audiences. Right message, right moment. Events & Industry Presence: Plan and execute Solar MD's presence at energy, cleantech, and trade events, from booth design briefs to post-event content amplification. You make us memorable in a room. Predictive Growth: Use machine learning models to forecast market trends and optimize our ad spend across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Content Supply Chain: Oversee a high-velocity content engine where AI assists in research, drafting, and multi-format adaptation (video, audio, text) without sacrificing quality. Ethical Oversight: Ensure all AI-generated initiatives are transparent, unbiased, and compliant with evolving global data privacy standard. Requirements Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or brand strategy Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Deep understanding of the LLM landscape and the ability to integrate these via API or middleware. Proficiency in translating complex data sets into actionable executive insights. Strong understanding of the legal landscape regarding AI, including copyright, data privacy (POPIA), and algorithmic bias. Experience working directly with Engineering and Product teams to build proprietary marketing tools or internal dashboards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
