To plan, direct, and coordinate enterprise-wide projects within the banking environment, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of projects, develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables Align projects with banking business strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and regulatory requirements Define KPIs and success metrics for each project Project Execution & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across banking systems (e.g., core banking, payments, digital channels) Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, compliance, and business units Track progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget Stakeholder Management Engage with internal stakeholders such as business leaders, risk, compliance, and IT teams Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and escalations Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all parties Risk & Compliance Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly in relation to regulatory and compliance requirements Ensure adherence to banking regulations, governance frameworks, and internal policies Develop contingency plans to address potential issues Resource & Budget Management Allocate and manage project resources effectively Monitor project budgets and control costs Coordinate with vendors, third-party providers, and consultants where applicable Reporting & Governance Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management Maintain project documentation, including risk logs, issue trackers, and change requests Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards Experience & Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of project management experience Proven experience within the banking or financial services sector Skills strong leadership Excellent Communication Effective communication strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
