Role Overview The L3 Microsoft Systems Engineer will be responsible for: Designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365 environments Delivering infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security projects Providing advanced technical and escalation support Working directly with customers to resolve issues and improve their IT environments You will operate across both project delivery and advanced support in a fast-paced MSP environment.
