The project: The development will consist of 3,385 homes, a beautiful riverside walkway, new streets, connecting parks and squares, and new apartment buildings with views of the River Thames, a new school, shops, offices and riverside restaurants, catering for a population that is estimated to reach 10,000 by completion. Duties and responsibilities: Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials. Ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and repair work. Feasibility studies of client requests. Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors. Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
