We're searching for professionals who have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organisations within NGO or a related sector. Qualifications & Experience ( Please do not apply if you do not have the below essentials) A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields. A master’s degree is advantageous. People management is essential Strong understanding of B-BBEE legislation and policy essential 8-10+ years working experience in Business Development with some exposure to the NGO market B2B C-suite and Board level experience essential Must have strong, proven track record in Services Sales NOT in PRODUCT environments Practical experience in managing finances, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.
