Business Partner, People & Culture, Personal & Private Banking, Technology Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street To work independently and provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Personal & Private Banking, Technology portfolio. Applying specialist knowledge and judgment to resolve complex challenges, and providing business partnering advisory support to stakeholders within the portfolio, offering P&C guidance to support the overall people experience and business objectives in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science. Experience required Minimum 5-7 years experience in People & Culture, preferably supporting the Technology portfolio. Experience in a multinational company working with senior management teams in complex environments. Experience working with teams across geographies is advantageous. Proven track record of implementing effective People & Culture solutions aligned with business objectives and fostering sustainable performance. Knowledge of the role People & Culture management plays in enabling business relevance and employee value propositions. Experience leading culture initiatives that support business goals and enhance employee engagement. Understanding of the full People & Culture value chain and stakeholder engagement to create an effective ecosystem. Support in aligning Business Unit strategy with broader Business Line and P&C strategies, including communication and implementation planning. Monitoring staff movements, key people metrics, and highlighting concerns in relevant forums. Collaborating on workforce planning, budget compliance, and data utilization to support partnership. Conducting trend analysis to identify emerging risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Implementing organizational design and change management initiatives to support successful transitions.
