Minimum Requirements: Completed BCom degree in Accounting essential Minimum 7 years’ post-articles experience outside of auditing Proven experience as a Financial Manager in a complex or multi-entity environment Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail, integrity, and compliance focus Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial analysis into business action Main Responsibilities: Oversee monthly management reporting including detailed variance analysis Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital Analyse operational performance and identify cost optimisation opportunities Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial impact Manage annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals Support ad-hoc financial projects, modelling, and strategic initiatives
