Your Tasks Manage and coordinate all operational activities including Field Services to ensure projects are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints. Plan, manage, and monitor resources, production schedules, and capacity utilization. Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency. Ensure optimal performance of equipment through preventative maintenance and process improvements. Manage commissioning of new equipment and train personnel for effective operation. Ensure full compliance with company health, safety and quality systems in accordance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with EXCO to develop and manage the annual operational budget while monitoring financial performance, operational costs, and productivity metrics to ensure sustained profitability. Lead and develop teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management, ensuring high performance, engagement and accountability. Partner with senior management in setting operational goals aligned with Everllence’s strategic objectives. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualification). Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational or supervisory role. Proven experience in managing workshop processes and driving production efficiency. Exceptional analytical thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable with strong attention to detail. High sense of accountability, discipline, and integrity. Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
