Wellsite Supervisor (Integrated Solutions) About the Role We are looking for a Wellsite Supervisor to take the lead on our field operations. In this role, you are the face of the company on-site and the main point of contact for the customer. You’ll be responsible for coordinating everything, from drilling and completions to workover operations, ensuring the well program is followed to the letter while keeping safety, budget, and timing front and center. You’ll report directly to the Field Superintendent, but on the rig, you are the decision‑maker. It’s a position that requires a balance of technical expertise, logistical planning, and strong people management. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Safety & Leadership Serve as the primary HSE authority on‑site. You aren’t just checking boxes; you’re building a culture where everyone stays safe and knows the emergency protocols inside and out. Lead morning meetings and operational reviews to keep the whole crew aligned. Operational Coordination Manage the relationship between the customer, the rig contractor, and our various product lines. Supervise the daily well program activities to ensure we’re hitting our targets without compromising quality. Handle rig moves and site prep, making sure the next location is ready for us before the move even starts. Logistics & Reporting Keep the paperwork moving. This includes Daily Drilling Reports (DDRs), KPI tracking, and making sure all site documentation (MOCs, certifications, etc.) is current and available. Oversee the "ins and outs" of the site. You’ll be responsible for mobilizing gear and personnel, making sure tools are in good working order, and ensuring rental equipment is sent back the moment it’s no longer needed to keep costs down. Support & Continuous Improvement Act as the first line of technical support for the field crew. If equipment fails, you’ll lead the investigation to figure out why and how to prevent it from happening again. Capture "lessons learned" and share them with the engineering teams to help us improve on the next well. Provide a thorough, written handover to your relief so they can hit the ground running when you head home. Who We’re Looking For We need someone who knows their way around a rig and isn’t afraid to take charge. The ideal candidate has: Solid Field Experience: You have a deep understanding of drilling and completion operations and can spot a potential issue before it becomes a problem. Leadership Grit: You know how to manage a diverse group of contractors and personnel, keeping everyone focused on the goal. Strong Communication: You can explain technical issues clearly to a customer and give concise, actionable instructions to a crew. Operational Discipline: You take pride in running a tight ship, keeping your site organized, and ensuring every report is accurate and on time. If you’re a professional who thrives in the field and takes ownership of the results, we want to talk to you about joining the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
