At Arborist Marketing Pros, Customer Success is not a babysitting role. It’s a growth role. You are the quarterback for your accounts. Your job is to: Ensure clients are generating consistent, qualified leads Monitor performance across Google Ads, SEO, LSA, and CRM data Identify bottlenecks in lead handling and sales follow‑up Use AI tools and data insights to improve conversion rates Drive retention by driving RESULTS You will own the relationship, but more importantly, you will own performance conversations. That means reviewing dashboards, analyzing cost per lead, listening to call recordings, spotting missed revenue opportunities, and pushing clients toward better systems, better follow‑up, and better growth strategies. If a client isn’t growing, we fix it. If leads are weak, we diagnose it. If close rates are low, we optimize it. Customer Success here is about helping clients win. What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing fundamentals Comfortable discussing metrics like CPL, close rate, ROI, and pipeline value Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable strategy Experience using CRMs and automation systems Interest in AI tools and how they improve lead handling and client performance Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead strategic conversations High ownership mentality and problem‑solving mindset Organized and self‑driven in a remote environment Digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.
