Who are we Fast-growing FMCG business in the beverage space Focused on strong brands, retail partnerships, and execution excellence National footprint across key retail chains Who are we looking for Experienced Modern Trade Manager with FMCG background (beverages preferred) Strong existing relationships with national retail buyers (essential) Commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and results-focused Confident negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels What will you do Own and manage national retail accounts Drive sales, product listings, and range expansion Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trading terms Develop and execute promotional grids aligned to retail cycles Ensure excellent in-store execution (shelf, coolers, displays) Manage merchandising teams and conduct regular store visits Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics Track sales performance, forecasts, and promotional ROI What do you need 5+ years’ Modern Trade experience in FMCG Proven success in listings and sales growth Strong understanding of retail, promotions, and merchandising Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and travel nationally Valid driver’s license
