Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a large finance team (40+ staff members) across multiple functions Oversee management accounting, reporting, and performance analysis across the group Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reporting packs Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units Consolidate financial information to provide group‑level insights Partner with operational teams to support cost management and performance improvement Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership Oversee and improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom / CIMA (studying) / CA(SA) Minimum 10+ years experience within management accounting or similar roles Proven experience managing large teams and complex finance structures Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or related industries (preferred) Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Commercially minded with strong analytical capability For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
