Key Responsibilities RF Design & Development Create and optimize RF circuits and subsystems to meet performance specifications. Utilize simulation tools to model RF behaviour and perform hands‑on testing and validation of RF designs. Develop prototypes to test and refine RF designs, ensuring they meet standards and specifications. Diagnose and resolve issues related to RF interference, signal degradation, and performance problems. Contribute to RF and patch antenna designs. Architecture & Technical Oversight Define the architecture of radar and radio products. Define and model requirements of radar and radio products. Contribute to and review RF designs. Provide technical oversight and act as a design authority for RF products. Documentation & Compliance Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and compliance reports. Ensure designs meet quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance. Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor RF engineering team members. Provide guidance, strategic planning, and process ownership. Requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering. Masters degree in Electronic Engineering advantageous / preferred. Experience 10+ years of experience Proficiency in Matlab, Ansys HFSS, Altium Proven expertise in RF circuits and subsystem design. Sound Knowledge RF theory and electronic design. Antenna design, including patch antennas. Measurement techniques and wireless communication. Beam forming, radar systems, radios, and detect and avoid radar. Power amplifiers, mixers, low noise amplifiers, diplexers. High-speed digital-to-analog and analog-to digital converters.
