We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of scalable BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the business. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality data integration, reporting, and analytics within a modern data environment.Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain enterprise BI solutions for reporting and analytics Develop and optimise SQL queries, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data models Integrate data from multiple sources into reliable, unified datasets Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models Drive the performance optimisation of BI systems and data processes Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance standards are maintained Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to BI Developers Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum 7 years experience in BI development, data engineering, or data warehousing Strong SQL expertise and experience with ETL/ELT processes Proven experience with Power BI (or similar visualisation tools) Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and BI architecture Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, Synapse, Databricks or similar advantageous) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams Apply now!
