Key Responsibilities:Leadership & CollaborationPartner with the Line Owner and Supervisors as part of the Line Trio to achieve safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, cost, and engagement targets.Coach and develop Equipment Owners and associates to strengthen technical capability and equipment ownership.Promote and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.Maintenance Systems & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and sustain preventive maintenance (PM) plans and standards.Lead breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.Ensure defect handling processes are executed effectively and sustained.Manage critical spare parts to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.Ensure accurate and timely completion of job cards within the CMMS system.Continuous ImprovementAnalyse maintenance trends and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.Present maintenance insights and recommendations during weekly operational reviews.Identify priority losses and lead corrective actions with the Line Trio.Participate in projects focused on improving equipment reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.Conduct system health checks for maintenance processes and standards.
