Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full group finance function Provide strategic financial input to support business growth and decision‑making Prepare and review group financial reports and management accounts Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements Drive financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks Manage and develop finance teams across multiple divisions Liaise with auditors, stakeholders, and executive leadership Job Experience & Skills Required Strong financial reporting and IFRS knowledge Sage X3 experience (essential) Proven leadership and people management experience Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to operate in a fast‑paced, complex environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills BCom Degree in Accounting (essential) Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role Experience within IT, technology, or telecommunications environments advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
