The ideal candidate will be based in Boksburg, South Africa and will work full-time for our client. Key responsibilities Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and support. Identify new sales opportunities within the fire suppression industry and actively pursue them. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. Generate sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products and services. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and sales team. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly. Qualifications and skills Previous experience in the fire suppression industry is required. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes is a plus.
