Responsibilities: Manage the complete customer service journey within the workshop and repairs department Liaise with customers regarding repairs, quotations, parts availability, and progress updates Follow up on current and future repair orders, parts requirements, and workshop scheduling Build strong customer relationships by delivering a professional and positive service experience Identify upselling opportunities for additional repairs, labour, and parts sales Handle customer concerns, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally Provide customers with alternative repair solutions and pricing options where applicable Coordinate with workshop foremen and technicians to optimise workshop capacity and scheduling Utilise various communication channels including telephone, email, bookings, and face-to-face interactions Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business Maintain accurate workshop and customer records and perform all related administrative duties Support the dealerships service image and customer retention initiatives Requirements: 23 years proven experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or preferably autobody environment Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures, automotive parts, and workshop terminology Punctual Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a busy, deadline-driven environment (calls, handovers, deliveries) Experience working on TMS and/or Audatex systems advantageous, as well as (AudaWatch, Outsurance portal, Discover Portal or any other relevant systems/platforms used in the costing/claims environment) Additional customer service or technical training beneficial Automotive industry experience is essential Professional, mature, and customer-focused approach Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
