Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements Assist with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) Maintain general ledger integrity and support audit processes Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management Support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist with cash flow management and treasury reporting Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives within the finance function Job Experience & Skills Required :Strong financial reporting and IFRS knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) 35 years experience in a Financial Accountant role FinTech, Financial Services, Banking, Payments, SaaS, or Technology industry experience advantageous Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools beneficial Apply now!For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
