Purpose of the role: The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing, and people management for his/her branch. Qualifications Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage. Experience 2 years proven track record in microfinance or sales will be advantageous. Minimum of two years of managerial experience. Additional Requirements Financial Management: Continuously manage and monitor branch performance.
