Key Responsibilities Produce detailed electrical engineering drawings and layouts for building services projects. Prepare lighting, power, small power, earthing, lightning protection, and reticulation drawings. Generate single-line diagrams, schematics, and installation details. Assist engineers with design development and project documentation. Revise and update drawings in accordance with project requirements and client specifications. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project requirements. Coordinate designs with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate drawing registers and document control procedures. Participate in site visits and project meetings where required. Minimum Requirements National Diploma, Certificate, or relevant qualification in Draughting, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical building services drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit MEP/BIM modelling will be advantageous. Sound understanding of electrical building services installations and drafting standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Good communication and teamwork skills.
