Reporting to the Deciduous Director, the position will be based at their CPT offices (Tyger Valley area). Minimum knowledge & experience required to perform this job competently includes: Inherent Education & Experience: Formal tertiary qualification/s with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience in the Grape industry. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) include the following essential responsibilities: EBITDA: Grapes Budgeting & Forecasting; Achieving sustainable growth in respect to growers/volume and customers; EBITDA targets Product: Responsible for Area & Technical Management team, Growers, Procurement, Marketing team, Customers & Planning Administration: Contracts Management, Grower payments, Forward cover, Breeding groups, Financial Cost Management: Cost chain setup and management; Logistical planning & involvement Project Management Leadership & Team: Key leadership role in Grape department, business partner adding value to country leadership team, manage and develop own team Attributes / Requirements: Creative thinking & Troubleshooting Attention to detail, working under pressure for prolonged periods Strong Leadership skills Excellent analytical skills Strategic planning – Forward thinking with vision Excellent decision making Deadline driven Exceptional personal relationship skills Excellent negotiating skills with the strong ability to close #J-18808-Ljbffr
