A senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the quality strategy for a complex gambling organisation spanning online gaming, mobile apps, websites, and land based casino and bingo systems. The position ensures every product and player journey meets the highest standards of reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and player protection. The remit includes modernising QA, scaling automation to around 70 % coverage and introducing AI‑driven and LLM‑powered testing capabilities. Core Responsibilities Strategy and Leadership Set and own the organisation wide Quality Strategy across digital and retail channels. Lead and grow a multidisciplinary QA team covering automation, manual testing, performance, environments, and compliance aligned testing. Build a unified QA operating model across casino, bingo, sportsbook, mobile apps, and venue systems. Testing Governance Develop frameworks for functional, non‑functional, performance, security, and compliance testing. Ensure QA practices meet gambling regulations, safer gambling standards, AML controls, and internal governance. Support licensing, audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory change programmes with clear, evidence‑based QA reporting. Automation and AI Innovation Own the automation roadmap and drive automation maturity to ~70 % coverage. Select and evolve automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, native apps, kiosks, and integrated platforms. Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and introduce Agentic QA Personas and LLM‑guided exploratory testing. Operational Quality Govern quality for platform releases, third‑party game integrations, payments, CMS changes, and risk/fraud tools. Oversee test environments, test data governance, and release readiness. Ensure strong defect management, triage, and root cause analysis across digital and venue systems. Track and report quality metrics including automation coverage, defect leakage, release stability, and regulatory outcomes. Knowledge & Experience Senior QA leadership experience in online gambling, gaming technology, or regulated industries. Deep knowledge of digital gaming platforms, retail casino/bingo systems, and omnichannel integrations. Proven success scaling automation frameworks and embedding CI/CD based quality gates. Strong understanding of gambling compliance controls (KYC, AML, player protection, RG). Experience with complex vendor ecosystems (game providers, platform partners, payments, device management).
