Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operational activities across all departments Ensure efficient customer service and support delivery Implement and improve operational processes and procedures Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including FSCA, POPIA, AML, and FICA Identify operational risks and implement effective controls Manage operational reporting, reconciliations, and financial administration Oversee banking processes, payments, reconciliations, and settlements Lead and support the operations team through performance management and coaching Liaise professionally with customers, partners, underwriters, and service providers Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence Ensure accurate documentation, audit trails, and compliance records are maintained Minimum Requirements Strong background in Banking and Financial Services Minimum 5 years experience in banking compliance and operations Financial management and accounting knowledge Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and operational controls Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Advanced Certificate in Banking Services Accounting qualification or financial background Someone with banking finance would be suited.Strong management skills and potential for leadership.
