Qualification: 5+ years in HR operations, compliance, or regulated industry administration (banking, insurance, etc.) Duties: Monthly dealer licence audits, spot checks, risk log maintenance, and follow‑ups. Build the audit trail documentation that protects the Company from regulatory exposure. This is non‑negotiable . Leave administration, onboarding, performance management timelines, employer relations, and statutory compliance (UIF, COIDA). Maintain the documentation discipline that protects the Company from labour law exposure. Contract management, fine tracking, and ad‑hoc departmental support. This is the catch‑all that gets done when compliance and HR are quiet. This role will set the compliance and HR systems foundation for the Company.
