Job Description: The successful candidate will oversee the full group finance function, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated reporting across multiple entities. The role will focus on driving financial performance through detailed analysis, improving working capital, and standardising processes across the group. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles while partnering closely with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights. In addition, the role includes managing audits, ensuring compliance, and improving systems and reporting capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a finance team while actively contributing to operational and strategic finance initiatives. Skills & Experience: Strong experience in group consolidations and multi-entity financial reporting Ability to analyse performance (EBITDA, variances) and provide insightful commentary Solid working capital management experience (debtors, stock, cash flow) Proven track record in process improvement and standardisation across a group Experience managing audits, compliance, and overall financial controls Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple business units Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 10+ years finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/group-level role Qualification: CA(SA) qualification (essential) Connect with us on
