To analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions by working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and IT delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical solution specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution scope and objectives. Support solution design by working with architects and developers. Ensure solutions are aligned to enterprise architecture and standards. Conduct impact analysis and identify risks, issues, and dependencies. Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of solutions. Provide support during deployment and post-implementation phases. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years’ experience in a Solution Analyst / Business Analyst / Systems Analyst role. Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Ability to interpret technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Basic understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Business Analysis, Agile, or TOGAF) are advantageous.
