Key Requirements Proven experience in guiding wildlife safaris and/or front-of-house operations Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexible; hands‑on, and able to adapt to various operational tasks Physically fit and able to work in a rugged outdoor environment Knowledge of conservation and wildlife management is advantageous Key Responsibilities Guiding & Wildlife Experience Lead game drives, walking safaris, and wildlife experiences for guests Share knowledge on flora, fauna, and conservation practices Ensure guest safety while delivering memorable safari experiences Front-of-House Operations Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival Manage daily front-of-house operations, including guest services and dining Assist with housekeeping and maintaining the property to luxury standards Coordinate guest requests and provide personalised service Teamwork & Camp Support Work closely with the lodge team to ensure smooth operations Support events, activities, and operational needs across the camp Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance and conduct Professional Attributes Passionate about hospitality and wildlife experiences Energetic; adaptable, and guest-focused Strong work ethic with attention to detail This role is ideal for a motivated couple looking to combine a love of wildlife with luxury hospitality in a high-end safari camp.
